Now, in May 2025, we’re thrilled to celebrate our 5-year anniversary – a major milestone that’s not just about how far we’ve come, but about the incredible people, partnerships, and purpose that brought us here.
From a Bold Beginning to a Bright Future
Launched in the heart of uncertainty on May 11, 2020, Steadfast Employment has grown into a trusted staffing and recruiting firm serving communities across Mississippi, Louisiana, and beyond. What started with a small but mighty vision has become a people-first company known for our culture, our heart, and our hustle.

Over the past five years, our team has faced challenges, celebrated wins, and embraced growth with open arms. Through it all, our focus has remained the same: building relationships, delivering results, and making a difference – one job, one client, one community at a time.
“This anniversary is more than just a date,” said Sidney Sinclair, our Director of Operations. “It’s a celebration of every challenge we’ve overcome, every relationship we’ve built, and every goal we’ve crushed together. Watching how much we’ve grown, not just as a company but as a family, makes me incredibly proud. We’re grateful for the journey so far and even more excited for everything that’s still ahead.”

We’re expanding our footprint across the Southeast, with plans to grow throughout Mississippi, Louisiana, and into new markets where we can continue to create meaningful impact. In fact, we’ve got some exciting announcements coming soon (hint: another location may be on the way!).
