Meet Hunter Flynt, the owner and founder of Steadfast Employment. With years of experience in the industry, Hunter's passion for helping people find meaningful employment led him to start his own company in March of 2020. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, Steadfast Employment has flourished under his leadership. Widely regarded as the best boss in the industry, Hunter's commitment to his staff knows no bounds - he will do whatever it takes to ensure their success. Hunter is not only a successful entrepreneur, but also a devoted family man. Hunter enjoys nothing more than unwinding by enjoying the great outdoors and cherishing moments with his wife Serena and their two sons. With a passion for helping others, Hunter's leadership at Steadfast Employment is instrumental in delivering excellent service to valued clients and candidates alike.
Caleb Foxworth

Caleb is deeply rooted in both family and faith — husband to Sarah and proud dad to his son, Wells. With more than a decade of CrossFit experience and a lifelong love for fitness, he brings the same discipline and energy into his leadership at Steadfast. Outside of work, Caleb is an avid golfer and an active member of Pinelake Church. His passion for travel has taken him across the world and include experiences that continue to shape his perspective on people and culture. With Cajun roots in New Orleans, he’s especially energized by Steadfast’s growth in that market, seeing it as both a professional milestone and a personal connection to home

Meet Sidney Sinclair, our Director of Business Operations at Steadfast Employment! As a true jack-of-all-trades, Sidney started out as our first ever recruiter in October of 2021 and has since moved up the ladder. When she’s not leading our office to victory, you can find Sidney behind the wheel of her prized truck, exploring the great outdoors and deer hunting. She’s also a proud fur mom to Hank Sinclair, her corgi who she spoils like her own child. Her dedication and passion for her work are contagious, and her positive personality never fails to lift the spirits of those around her. We're so grateful to have Sidney as a part of our team and can't wait to see what incredible things she'll achieve next!

She and her husband, Hunter, share their home in Pisgah, MS, with their two beautiful children. Family is at the heart of Katie’s values, and she cherishes every moment spent with her loved ones.
