Meet Hunter Flynt, the owner and founder of Steadfast Employment. With years of experience in the industry, Hunter’s passion for helping people find meaningful employment led him to start his own company in March of 2020. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, Steadfast Employment has flourished under his leadership. Widely regarded as the best boss in the industry, Hunter’s commitment to his staff knows no bounds – he will do whatever it takes to ensure their success.  Hunter is not only a successful entrepreneur, but also a devoted family man. Hunter enjoys nothing more than unwinding by enjoying the great outdoors and cherishing moments with his wife Serena and their two sons. With a passion for helping others, Hunter’s leadership at Steadfast Employment is instrumental in delivering excellent service to valued clients and candidates alike.

Meet Sidney Sinclair, our Director of Operations at Steadfast Employment! As a true jack-of-all-trades, Sidney started out as our first ever recruiter in October of 2021 and has since moved up the ladder. When she’s not leading our office to victory, you can find Sidney behind the wheel of her prized truck, exploring the great outdoors and deer hunting. She’s also a proud fur mom to Hank Sinclair, her corgi who she spoils like her own child. Her dedication and passion for her work are contagious, and her positive personality never fails to lift the spirits of those around her. We’re so grateful to have Sidney as a part of our team and can’t wait to see what incredible things she’ll achieve next!

Meet Cana Gautreaux, our Branch Manager for our Houma location! Cana is a true lover of life and can often be found indulging in three of her favorite things: browsing HomeGoods for the perfect home décor, watching Travis Kelce, and hitting the tennis court for a game or two. But that’s not all – when she’s not working hard at our office, Cana fills her free time with other hobbies, such as curling up with a good book, going for a leisurely run, or taking on her husband, Drake, in a (not-so) friendly game of video games.

Cana is not only a joy to be around, but she’s also highly dedicated to her job. As the Office Manager, she keeps the Houma office running smoothly, supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring day-to-day operations are taken care of. And with her recent marriage to her husband Drake, Cana’s enthusiasm for life and positive attitude are contagious to everyone who works alongside her.

We’re thrilled to have Cana on our team, and we know that her bubbly, upbeat demeanor will make her an asset to anyone who has the pleasure of working with her.

Meet Sarah Beth Ingram, our Marketing and Business Development Manager at Steadfast Employment! Since joining us in February 2022, Sarah Beth has been instrumental in shaping our company’s growth. Now leading the charge in sales and marketing, she combines her strategic vision with her infectious energy to build lasting relationships and drive results.

From crafting innovative campaigns to championing our brand and working closely with clients, Sarah Beth’s impact is nothing short of extraordinary. Her enthusiasm, creativity, and expertise shine in every project she takes on.

Meet Constance Shoemaker our Recruiting Account Manager at our Houma location. With her extensive background in management, IT, sales, and customer service, she brings a wealth of experience and skills to our team.

But Constance isn’t just an amazing recruiter. She’s also a dedicated mother, who loves spending time with her daughter and their dog. In her free time, you can find her lost in the pages of a good book or whipping up delectable treats in the kitchen.

Meet Katie Sinclair, our Clerical Division recruiting account manager in Flowood! Originating from the charming state of Wisconsin, Katie brings a positive attitude and vibrant energy to our team. Her passion for coffee and cheese curds is well known, but it’s her dedication and perseverance that have truly made a difference. Together with our sales team, Katie has been instrumental in expanding the clerical division of our Flowood branch, demonstrating her expertise, commitment to excellence, and “Steadfast” personality. 

Outside the realm of work, Katie leads a fulfilling life as a devoted wife and mother. She and her husband, Hunter, share their home in Pisgah, MS, with their two beautiful children. Family is at the heart of Katie’s values, and she cherishes every moment spent with her loved ones. Whether they’re enjoying the tranquility of Deer Camp or having adventures out on the boat, the Sinclair family knows how to make the most of their time together. Her personal life is a testament to the balance she maintains between her career and family, emphasizing the importance of nurturing both with equal dedication. We are incredibly fortunate to have someone as multifaceted and inspiring as Kate on our team!

Meet MacKenzie McCrory, our Recruiting Account Manager in Flowood! MacKenzie joined our team in April of 2023 as our receptionist. With her can-do attitude and efficient work ethic, it wasn’t long before MacKenzie’s passion for recruitment and relationship-building landed her the exciting role of becoming a recruiter. There’s never a dull moment when MacKenzie is around. Not only is she a savvy professional, but she’s also an avid gamer who loves to spend quality time with her husband, Hayden, and their adorable dachshund, Teddy. MacKenzie continues to inspire us daily with her limitless energy, creativity and can-do attitude. Since joining our team in August of 2023, Summer has made an incredible impact on our company, shining with her strong work ethic and impressive attention to detail. As a stay-at-home mom of twin girls, Beth juggled multiple responsibilities, but now that her kids are older, she brings that same energy to work with us. When Beth is not at work, she enjoys shopping and getting a well-deserved mani/Pedi. Beth’s positive attitude is contagious, and she is always eager to learn new things.

A local heart with Italian heritage; Megan’s vibrant charm and ancestry hail from the sun-kissed coasts of Italy—a destination she dreams of exploring. When she’s not actively redefining our sales strategies or forming dynamic partnerships, you can find her crafting the quintessential “The Perfect Pair” charcuterie board, a testament to her entrepreneurial spirit. Alongside her boyfriend Dayne, they master the art of Southern hospitality, frequently hosting crawfish boils that are the talk of the town. Megan is no stranger to culinary adventures. Whether it’s curating Pinterest-worthy meals or stirring up her signature Gumbo, she infuses love into every dish. Megan’s adoration for animals matches her sociable spirit, evident in her bustling household of 7 dogs, 2 cats, and Opie the betta fish.
