The History of Steadfast Employment
Steadfast Employment’s journey began in 2020 when COVID-19 had just hit the world, and the job market was facing an unprecedented challenge. Despite this, we decided to open our staffing agency to help people find the jobs they deserve.
From day one, we knew our main goal was to show we could make a difference. We wanted to become a trusted partner for local businesses and their staffing needs. While our team knew the task ahead wouldn’t be easy, we were determined to succeed.
Since that time, we have overcome obstacles and challenges we never imagined possible. We’ve worked tirelessly to build our reputation as a reliable, trustworthy employment firm with an unwavering focus on client satisfaction, resulting in an impressive track record of successful placements.
In 2023, our hard work paid off, and we acquired our second location in Houma, LA, allowing us to expand our footprint even further and open the doors for a new client base. To date, we’ve placed more than 2,400 employees in jobs across our focus industries.
As we look to the future, we’re excited about new possibilities and opportunities.
